Arcad Cybersecurity Consulting delivers hands-on incident response, SOC leadership, and threat intelligence — for businesses that need real protection, not just a report.

Arcad Cybersecurity Consulting exists because most cybersecurity engagements sell advice, not outcomes.

I started Arcad after years spent building and leading security operations inside a highly regulated, high-stakes industry — the kind of environment where a missed detection or a slow incident response has real consequences, not just a line item in a risk register. That work meant writing detections mapped to how attackers actually behave (using the MITRE ATT&CK framework, not just whatever a vendor ships out of the box), leading analyst teams through real incidents, and constantly separating threat intelligence that matters from noise that doesn't.

Arcad brings that same standard to organizations that need it but don't have it in-house — whether that's a business without a security team getting hit with its first real incident, a company that has a SOC but isn't confident it actually works, or a business drowning in threat feeds that never translate into anything actionable.

I work directly with clients. No account manager as a buffer between you and the person actually doing the work — when you engage Arcad, you're getting hands-on expertise, not a brand.

Three ways to work together:

  • On-Demand Incident Response — when something's already gone wrong and you need experienced hands, fast

  • SOC Team Leadership & Building — build, mature, or lead your security operations function

  • Arcad Pulse — a custom threat intelligence platform tuned to your business, not the industry average

If you're not sure which one fits your situation, that's a normal place to start. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

Let’s talk.

Whether you're in the middle of an incident, thinking through how to structure your security operations, or just want to see if Arcad Pulse is a fit for your business — reach out. I read and respond to every message myself, and a first conversation doesn't commit you to anything beyond figuring out if it's a good fit.
